A. Venezia
John A. Venezia is the president of Venezia & Associates (APLC).
He maintains a litigation practice involving a variety of practice
areas in both Louisiana and other jurisdictions. The areas of
practice include first party insurance claims, business interruption,toxic
torts, commercial litigation, wrongful death, maritime personal
injury, automobile torts, and criminal defense. He has diverse
experience in prosecuting claims of people severely injured and
businesses suffering damages. Mr. Venezia has tried over 100 civil
and criminal trials.
Loyola University School of Law granted Mr. Venezia a Juris Doctorate
in 1995. He has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Louisiana
State University, with an emphasis on International Trade and
Finance.
Mr. Venezia is admitted to practice in all of the state courts
of Louisiana, the United States District Courts for the Eastern,
Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Court
of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme
Court. He has been admitted pro hac vice on several occasions
in Mississippi courts. He is a member of the Louisiana Association
for Justice and has served as a lecturer for continuing education
classes for attorneys and private investigators for many years.
